ATTCOM was established as an outreach ministry in 1998 to offer food and clothing to the needy free of charge. However, along with its vision,
ATTCOM has expanded its outreach program to servicing:
- the homeless and local shelters

- single parent and low income families
|
|
- elderly caring for abandoned grandchildren
|
- residents of independent living arrangements
|
|
- ex-offenders and elementary school-aged children
