THE NEED FOR ATTCOM
Statistics show that poverty, disease, and crime affects a large portion of Americans over a lifetime. Despite the conditions, most families battle against this epidemic. With help, many are able to improve their situation.
The West Englewood Community, which is serviced by ATTCOM, has at least four homeless shelters for men, women, and families, all of which are always at capacity, and in need of clothing, personal hygiene items, and food. Individuals turned away from the shelters, turn to the streets which offer little or no nourishment and often leads to imprisonment or death.
Through our street ministry, we encourage these individuals to turn to Christ, who through ATTCOM, provides assistance and services that restores lives.

We need a step van or truck that will carry up to 3 tons of food.
- We need manual conveyers approx. 80 feet in length with one 90 degree in section to unload truck loads of food.
- We need stoves, refrigerators, and furniture, for burn out victims or to assist in restoring families and lives.
- Good computers and lap tops for after school programs and job training.
- Business looking to make a difference in the community by hiring, training screened male and female applicants.
- We need a building in the same area to lease, rent, or as a donation to house temporary single parent homeless mothers and children and to store our pantry.
Church
Our Church, the building in which we currently house our organization in is trying to complete an addition on to the church that would:
- Provide additional space for after-school programs for Youth and Job Training and development programs for unemployed adults.
